Guest Speakers

• Computer Aid International is the world’s largest non-profit supplier of refurbished computers to developing countries for use in their education, health and not-for-profit organisations. Louise described the work of the charity and outlined how a number of Company members had helped her during the year....so many in fact that she thought she may have exhausted our support, except from the wine committee which she was hoping to access!

• The Parachute Regiment is supported by five main charities, promoting its efficiency and esprit de corps; providing welfare and well-being support to its members, other airborne forces and their dependants; and commemorating their actions and history. Jonathan Shaw described the help the network of Parachute Regiment charities had received from Past Master Barrie Collins and gave us an insight into the work they did in supporting current, past and family members of the regiment.
