Professor
Roger Steare is Corporate Philosopher in Residence
and Professor of Organisational Ethics at Cass Business
School, creator of the ethicability®.
programme and advisor to the FSA, the SFO and to professional
service firms on the design, deployment and embedding of
effective ethics programmes in organisations such as HSBC,
BSkyB and PWC - where ‘doing the right thing is not just an
option, it is mission critical’. The framework he has
developed helps people at every level to decide what is right

the right decision has been made
