Our Winter Seminar is planned to give everyone who comes a taste of the insights, tools, methods and approaches that Roger, his colleague Peter Lewis and their growing group of certified practitioners are providing. For example, when you sign on to attend, you will be given a URL and password to access their web based ethical assessment tool to give you personal feedback and as a pre-requisite to the seminar itself - where some of the results from Roger’s ongoing research programme (highlighted in a recent PWC paper) will be shared. Please arrive in good time; be ready to participate in the short exercises that Roger and Peter will encourage us to go through; and then share your views on how important (or otherwise) you think this area is and will become.

Professor Roger Steare is Corporate Philosopher in Residence and Professor of Organisational Ethics at Cass Business School, creator of the ethicability®. programme and advisor to  the FSA, the SFO and to professional service firms on the design, deployment and embedding of effective ethics programmes in organisations such as HSBC, BSkyB and PWC -  where ‘doing the right thing is not just an option, it is mission critical’. The framework he has developed helps people at every level  to decide what is right and then to have the courage to do it – and provides a context that helps to show clients, shareholders and regulators that the right decision has been made
