Professional Development Group

The aims of the Professional Development Group (PDG) are to:

• Provide fora to address and discuss the key issues impacting the economy, business and management consultancy.
• Position WCoMC as a source of Thought Leadership in management consultancy.
• Increase debate about the processes, content and history of consultancy within and without our membership.

The PDG will deliver these through various events:

• An annual Lecture Series, focussed on topical issues.  These will allow the members to hear and discuss the views and opinions of leading economic and business thinkers and experts.
• An annual Seminar Programme, that will allow more informal discussion of issues in smaller, more intimate groups.  Seminar speakers will be drawn from a wide range of backgrounds, but will all share a passion for the topic being discussion and offer different and challenging perspectives.
• Occasional Publications, based relevant research.
