Assistant Richard Finn joined the Company in 1998. He was a member of the Charity and Education Committees from 2000, Chair of the Education Committee in 2006, and is now Chairman of the Pro-Bono Services Committee. He was elected to the Court in 2006. He has provided pro-bono consultancy and mentoring since 2000.

Richard is now an independent management consultant, having been a Managing Director at Penna plc. He specializes in change, organization, team and leader development and HR transformation.
