\ n \nAs usual\, passes for admission to Guildha ll are available in advance from me\; those withou t a pass will be required to verify their name and Company which can delay admission. This year the Livery Committee has once again asked that Liverym en refrain from saving seats for their colleagues as this disadvantages other Liverymen who arrive i n good time. Liverymen are required to be seated b y 11.30\, but it is recommended you arrive closer to 11.00 to ensure a good seat as Common Hall is l ikely to be well attended.

\n \nThis year t he Company have been invited for lunch in the wond erful Innholders' Hall after the election which is just a short stroll from Guildhall. Cost for lunc heon is £87.50pp (incl VAT) and timing is 12.30 fo r 1.00pm\, but precise timings will be dependent u pon the event at Guildhall.
\n \nPlaces are limited for the lunch so please email me as soon as possible t o book and no later than 17th September 2026. Eac h Liveryman may be accompanied by a guest if desir ed. Those attending the lunch will be Direct Debit ed shortly after the event.
