 ing workshop for liverymen and women from our Comp
 any\, the Information Technologists and other Live
 ry Companies. Being Pan-Livery\, this event will b
 e very interesting as it will offer insights to th
 e ways that our fellow livery members from other c
 ompanies work together and with their clients. We 
 know that the value of our mentoring workshops bui
 lds on individuals' experiences as much as on our 
 own\, coupled to the techniques that we will expla
 in and practice.</p>\n \n <p style="text-align:jus
 tify\;">The overarching aim is to add to members’ 
 professional skill sets by harnessing their experi
 ence to some new tools and thinking. This will ena
 ble members to take an active role in their Compan
 ies’ mentoring initiatives by offering enhanced se
 rvices to the leaders of small and medium size not
 -for-profit organisations and providing them with 
 another dimension to the way they conduct their li
 ves. The workshop offers tools\, tips and template
 s to new mentors and to current practitioners who 
 wish to finesse their mentoring approach – an acti
 vity often undertaken without the realisation that
  is what it is. It will also help to re-orient tho
 se who\, formerly\, have advocated and advised the
  art of listening.</p>\n \n <p style="text-align:j
 ustify\;">The workshop will be facilitated by Davi
 d Glassman\, Jeff Herman and Jonathan Bloom from t
 he Management Consultants Mentoring Team and Gordo
 n Walker from the Information Technologists. Prepa
 ratory materials will be distributed in advance to
