 ntoring workshops builds on individuals' experienc
 es as much as on our own\, coupled to the techniqu
 es that we will explain and practice.</span></span

 \, Helvetica\, sans-serif\;">The overarching aim i
 s to add to members’ professional skill sets by ha
 rnessing their experience to some new tools and th
 inking. This will enable members to take an active
  role in their Companies’ mentoring initiatives by
  offering enhanced services to the leaders of smal
 l and medium size not-for-profit organisations and
  providing them with another dimension to the way 
 they conduct their lives. The workshops will offer
  tools\, tips and templates to new mentors and to 
 current practitioners who wish to finesse their me
 ntoring approach – an activity often undertaken wi
 thout the realisation that is what it is. It will 
 also help to re-orient those who\, formerly\, have
  advocated and advised the art of listening.</span
