Shoptalk: The Artillery Arms - 27 October
Led by Alan Greenwood and Paul Kelly
This will mark our return to the traditional format for Shoptalk and will be the first to be held in-person after the constraints of the covid pandemic. Two members who joined the Company at the Admission Ceremony held prior to the Summer Celebration in July will lead the discussion by talking about their experience and current interests in management consulting:
- Alan Greenwood has spent most of his career working with large and small banks and fintech businesses to transform, scale and innovate their operations. He has worked with stakeholders at Board, Head of Business and ExCo level. Alan has recently decided to retire from commercial work and to move his focus onto pro bono work and travel.
- Paul Kelly has spent many years working primarily for large corporates in IT, programme management, change management and supply chain. He now works as an organisational consultant helping people to rethink their operations by applying sytems thinking concepts - addressing cross-functional issues and developing new operational models.
Come and listen to what Alan and Paul have to say, then join in a discussion of ideas and opportunities amongst those present. There will be drinks available to facilitate the discussion and a range of snacks to provide some sustenance.
We will assemble at The Artillery Arms from 6pm and the presentations will commence at 6.30pm. Members can click this Participant Listing to see who has booked.
Please note that this event is "cash on the night" to cover the cost of the food, details of which are being finalised with the venue. Please bring £5-10 per person.
Dress code is Business Casual.
