Mentoring Forum - Wednesday 2nd November at 17.30
Our aim for the evening is to share experiences within the confines of the confidentiality we offer to our clients. As peers from diverse backgrounds and practicing in different disciplines, we all have something to offer to colleagues from our varying areas of professional expertise. We have all nurtured and supported younger talent without necessarily calling it mentoring.
The agenda will include contributions on “What worked” and “What didn’t work”, together with tools, tips, templates and mentoring models. It is designed to be flexible and include items that participants would like to cover.
There will also be scope for discussion about our focus (currently on senior team members in not-for-profit entities); our delivery (currently mainly face-to-face); our clients (currently almost exclusively one-to-one) and other matters that those attending think important.
