Mentoring Workshop - 25th November 2025

Are you ready to elevate your mentoring skills and make a meaningful impact?  This event is open both to Company Members and Non-Members to book.  We are running two sessions in November, on 6th and 25th. The | Register Now || button will be visible to the right when bookings can be made.

  
Our Interactive Programme

This event - the second of the two workshops in November - is for those who are both new to mentoring or those wanting to sharpen their skills. It is designed for members of our company and from other livery companies. Our mentoring work is part of our philanthropic support to the NonProfit sector, typically working with clients who may well not have the leadership expertise that they wish to develop. The diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise of the participants will provide significant cross fertilisation of ideas and approaches that will lead to a stimulating day.

The workshop will be under the watchful leadership of David Glassman and Jeff Herman, who lead our mentoring programme. Its focus will be on harnessing participants’ professional experience to mentoring practices using the range of tools, tips and techniques that are appropriate to our work with NonProfits. Some material will be presented, and circulated beforehand, and interactive case studies will provide an opportunity to role play in a safe setting. We have found this mix of work has the best long term results - past participants have regularly commented on how they have valued our this workshop. Numbers are limited to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Overall the aim is to help participants gain, build and develop their confidence in supporting leaders of charitable organisations.
