A Celebration of Fellowship, Purpose and Future Membership

The Members' Reception is the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants’ flagship gathering dedicated to one simple but important purpose: bringing our membership together.

It is an evening to celebrate all our Members, welcome those newly admitted, and extend a warm and gracious introduction to prospective candidates.

You may wish to attend if:

  • You are a Member and would like to catch up with fellow members and potentially meet some new ones
  • You are a Member and would like to introduce a prospective candidate to the Company
  • You have recently joined and would value meeting a broader circle of fellow Members
  • You have expressed interest in membership and would like to deepen your understanding of the Company
  • You are curious about Livery Companies — and about what makes our Company distinctive

If so, you will be most welcome.

The Evening

The programme will be concise, thoughtful and purposeful.

  • Leon MacPherson, Chair of the Membership Committee, will outline our current membership strategy and the progress being made.
  • A small number of Members — both recently admitted and longstanding — will reflect briefly on why they joined and what the Company means to them.
  • We will hear from Members involved in all of our three pillars of Fellowship, Education and Pro Bono contribution.

Following these remarks, the focus turns to conversation.

Guests will enjoy canapés and a carefully selected wine offering curated by our Wine Committee — providing an elegant setting in which to reconnect, make introductions and explore membership in a relaxed and convivial  atmosphere.

We very much hope you will join us — and, if appropriate, extend an invitation to a guest who may value an introduction to the Company.
