Shoptalk - is it time to stop talking about change? 

  
Change? It's what management consultants are really good at, yes? But be honest, if you consult in the nebulous area of change management, how much beneficial change have you enabled your clients to achieve? Do you deliver change or do you just talk compellingly about it and leave clients to do the real work?

On Wednesday 4th March we are having another in our popular Shoptalk sessions where relatively new members of the Company talk about their approaches to our profession.

We return to The Lamb in Bloomsbury to hear two complementary approaches to delivering change.

• Steve Suckling is currently Technical Director at Mott MacDonald for Management Consultancy and Business Change and a seasoned consultant and leader in people and customer-led change, aligning initiatives with strategic goals in complex stakeholder environments. Known for his curiosity and problem-solving abilities, he helps clients realise benefits, inspire stakeholders and build trust. Committed to inclusivity and innovation, he fosters collaboration in his practice to achieve shared outcomes.
• He’ll be joined by Julie Linsdell who brings many years’ experience as a programme manager/director, driving performance, controls, and strategic governance across complex, high-value programmes to ensure successful delivery of cross-functional transformation. Julie embeds an inclusive, high-performing culture across large, multi-site/international teams to ensure delivery of priorities at pace and scale.

Both speakers will present their viewpoints on how to address the perennial problem of making change happen and a lively discussion is guaranteed.

These events are open to members and non-members to attend so if you’re not a member but are interested in finding out more about WCoMC this is an excellent opportunity to meet people and discovering more.
