There are a number of radical changes impacting business that could have a significant impact on the demand for management consultants and on the way that management consultancies operate.

At this event, we will introduce the CMCE report The Future of Management Consultancy: Potential Developments and Impacts which identifies a number of trends that are already impacting management consultancy and will continue to do so. It also considers the likely impact on different types of management consultancy and on the way that management consultancies will operate.

We don’t claim to have all the answers to how management consultancy will evolve. The event will provide the opportunity to hear our views and also to hear yours, providing a basis for everyone involved in management consultancy to consider what is likely to happen and how it could impact them.
