Our Calendar of Upcoming Events
We hold many events throughout the year as our Summary Calendar for 2014 and our proposed Forward Planner show. To view each event in detail select the one you want from the individual list further down the page. If you click on the See Calendar View link, you will see a monthly scrolling diary of all events, including those not open to the public such as our Court and Committee meetings.

How to book for an event
If you are a member of the Company you can register yourself and any guests for those events that are 'open for booking' - i.e. you can see the "Register Now" button when clicking through to the event. (Please contact webadmin@wcomc.org if you hit any problems). Once you have completed your booking, you will receive an automatic confirmation email about the event repeating all the details you have entered for you and your party; each of your guests will also receive a confirmation email with the event details (but without any payment info).
How to amend a booking
If you wish to add to or amend your booking please contact webadmin@wcomc.org before the event booking closes.
Booking for non-members
If you are a visitor to this site and wish to attend an event you are most welcome to join us. Please contact the Clerk (clerk@wcomc.org) who will advise on whether the event is still open and available for booking and on methods of payment (typically by cheque). Your booking will be confirmed when payment has been received.
