The Annual Parade through the City of London

  
​Lord Mayor's Parade

Come and have fun and show your pride in your Livery and the Management Consulting profession. March alongside the Sea Cadets, over 20 military bands and more than 100 colourful floats.

The programme this year:

  • 09.00am: breakfast at the Third Warden's flat at: 22 Thomas More House, Barbican EC2Y 8BT
  • 10.30am: on parade with the Sea Cadets at the Rotunda, London Wall
  • 11.40am: pass Mansion House and St Paul's to the Royal Courts of Justice
  • 12.20pm: lunch at The George on The Strand
  • 13.40pm: the parade returns to Bank via the Embankment
  • 14.20pm: finish (and peel off for a well earned drink)

Any Liveryman or Freeman can join in the parade. There is no charge for marching — but there will be some inevitable expenses during the day for lunch and any drinks.

There are limited places to march and for breakfast so places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We have reserved the first floor at The George for lunch; this overlooks the Law Courts where the Lord Mayor is sworn in and there is space to bring family and friends. So without delay, please contact the Clerk (clerk@wcomc.org) to book your place to walk with the Sea Cadets (and/or for breakfast and lunch).
