The report looks at the impact of factors including commercial arrangements, measures of value and the frequency of reviews, and provides a set of guidelines for ensuring that the value expected from the consultants is delivered.
We will be launching the report at an online meeting from 5pm to 6pm on Thursday 2 November.
The reports author’s, Paul Kelly and Jim Foster, will present the key findings of the study and lead a discussion on how to put these findings into practice.
