Effective management of home working

Sue Ells has been advising clients on working environments including home working since the 1990s.  She trained as a psychologist and has been a practising change manager during her consulting career.  Her successful projects include designing and delivering the PwC "Right Space" programme at Embankment Place, and then as a consultant with BT working with a wide number of clients bringing psychology and technology together for successful flexible working. Sue now runs her own consulting business.

The Covid-19 pandemic has led to a wide range of restrictions on working environments, so the effective management of home working has become even more important for many organisations.  This interactive session will identify the challenges to be addressed and Sue will also be providing her ten top tips for you to take away.

We are planning for this to be an interactive session with some breakout discussion groups, so come along with your own thoughts and ideas.  Please book now as the number of participants will be limited.  Login details will be sent out a couple of days before the event.
