Pancake Race – Tuesday 21st February 2023

Join the Master and Wardens in the Guildhall yard for a one in a year opportunity to run around the Guildhall yard with a Pancake.  This event is open both to Company Members and Non-Members to book.  The || Register Now || button will be visible to the right when bookings can be made

 
​Pancake Race – Tuesday 21st February 2023

On Tuesday 21st February 2023 from 11:30 – 15:00 in the Guildhall yard the 19th annual inter livery Pancake race will be held.

  Around 30 teams from across the liveries will compete for the honour of      being the fastest livery company with a frying pan.

 

  There is also much fun had with those who decide to dress for the          occasion too.  

 

  This year the Company is looking for members who can either:

 

  • Form a team or join a team(s) along with the Master and Wardens for the glory of taking part and representing the company.
  • Join the crowd in Guildhall yard to cheer on the participants.

Those who are interested in participating or cheering can you please email our Second Warden Andy Miles so that team(s) members can drawn up and notified to the organisers.

Please note that there is no charge for this event, which is being hosted by Worshipful Company of Poulters. However, we recommend bringing your credit card/cash to cover any incidental expenditure.

Dress code is  "Business Casual" / "Fancy Dress"
