This is a panel event, which explores the future alignment of graduates, particularly from business schools, with the recruitment needs of business sectors prominent in the City of London.  

The key question we want to explore is “if you were recruiting a graduate in five years from now, what would you expect from them that is different from you expect today?”  

The recruitment and retention of top talent is ranked as one of the top concern facing businesses today, but this is against a changing business landscape.  

There is increasing demand for “new age” jobs and skills such as data analytics and digital, as well as changes in the workplace environment to more remote-based working and greater diversity.  

How do our academic institutions need to evolve to respond to these changes, so that we continue to produce the bankers, accountants, lawyers, information technologists and management consultants of the future?
