Members are now able to see all their event bookings and to update details of their guests at any time before an event booking closes.
To see your current bookings, please visit Guest Registration on our website. To support you, we have compiled the following points to bear in mind:
1. You will only see events you have actually booked for.
2. When you book an event you will have the opportunity to book a number of tickets for your Guests. You will not be entering guest details at the time of booking but you now have the option to enter details at any point before the event closes via wcomc.org/events/guest-registration
3. Click on the Event Name to show names of everyone you have already booked on the event - you can Edit details of Diet or Access needs here (remember to press Submit at the bottom of the form) or Delete the person you have booked if they are no longer attending.
4. If you want to add details of new Guests, click on Enter Guest Details for the specific event. You will need to enter Name, Email address and any Diet or Access needs and press submit.
5. The screen shows you how many names you have confirmed and the total number of tickets you booked e.g. 'Confirmed 3/8'. If you wish to buy extra tickets, please email events-team@wcomc.org and subject to availability they will be happy to accommodate you.
